Cayla has certainly gotten her share of basketball this winter. In fact, she has been at almost every game with Mom! When she's not getting passed around to different people, she is leading cheers for the Lady Dutch. Well, okay... she is sleeping through most of the action, but that's okay. Below is a picture from last night, before she left to go to Wells-Fargo Arena to watch the Dutch squeak out a 52-51 win at State. The top picture was taken during the game. 2,000 people screaming and Cayla is totally at peace!
Last Tuesday, she went to Grinnell for our substate game against Knoxville. It was an exciting game with an incredible finish (copy and paste the link to see the final shot!), and it was awesome to get to share it with my family! Here is a picture from after the game.

I love the pix! The sucking fingers one is so sweet, and in the Pella Dutch attire, she looks so cute and grownup. And of couse I love the one of my handsome brother and Cayla, too! Congrats on the awesome win!
I love that she can sleep through all the people cheering and the announcing and whistle-blowing! She's a professional sleeper! ...and a super-cute one at that!
