Well, it has been one rough winter here in the heartland. Some of our readers from the East Coast might not know about the -20 degree temperatures, ice, and truckloads of snow we've dealt with, but it hasn't been very fun. Leah just told me about her North Carolina co-workers freaking out when a few tiny flurries were falling to the ground, and everybody felt the need to hurry home and stay safe.
We didn't want Cayla to miss out on the wonders of winter, so Mommy bundled her up today as the weather shot all the way up to 40 this afternoon! Leah MAY have helped her with the snow angel. As you can see, the fun times in the snow are going to have to wait until next year.
